1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Uncharted Coffee Supply Inc., 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware 19808 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Uncharted Coffee Supply Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Begins on November 14, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

Participants may earn entries through qualifying actions:

• Purchase a one-time bag of coffee (1 entry)
• Purchase a 3-pack coffee box (2 entries)
• Start a subscription (3 entries)
• Keep an active subscription (4 entries per renewal)
• Leave a verified product review (5 entries)
• Mail-in entry: Send a postcard with your full name, email address, and phone number to:
  Uncharted Coffee Supply Inc., 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808.
  Must be postmarked by January 31, 2026.

No mechanically reproduced or incomplete mail-in entries will be accepted. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately.

5. Prizes

• Grand Prize: Trip for two (2) to Costa Rica including round-trip airfare, private barista masterclass, regenerative farm tour, and dinner with the founders. Winner is responsible for accommodations, meals not listed, and any other expenses. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,500.
• Second Prize: $100 Uncharted Coffee Digital Gift Card. Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $3,600.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or around February 7, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within seven (7) days of drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

9. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Uncharted Coffee Supply Inc., its affiliates, partners, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at UnchartedCoffee.com/privacy-policy.

11. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Winners List

To request the name(s) of the winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
