Uncharted is a women-owned, regenerative-first coffee company based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Every coffee is single-origin, chemical-free, low-acid, and third-party tested, and we source directly from farms that restore soil health and support their communities. Our signature coffees are named for the year coffee was first recorded in each country of origin.
Our current coffees come from Costa Rica, Peru, Rwanda, Indonesia, and Honduras. We build direct relationships with the farmers behind each origin, including our partner farmer Carlos in Costa Rica, so every bag can be traced to where it was grown.
Many of our coffees are certified organic, and all of them are grown without harsh chemicals. Each product page lists the certifications for that specific coffee.
Regenerative farming goes beyond sustainability by actively restoring the land. Practices like composting, shade growing, cover crops, and minimal tilling rebuild soil health, increase biodiversity, and help farms store more carbon. We prioritize farms that grow coffee this way.
